Delivery and Payment
What shipping options are available?
You can choose between the following two shipping options at www.designwoolcrafts.com:
Standard shipping is free of charge as long as you reach the minimum order value of €100. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is €7.90. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method.
You can select express delivery for €14.90 when completing your order. Your parcel will then arrive within 1-2 working days.
Delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partners.
When you complete your order, we will show you when your parcel is expected to arrive. Where can I have my order delivered? An order on www.designwoolcrafts.com can only be delivered to a postal or packing address.
Delivery :
The goods that are in stock will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, the delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days. For the goods that are not in stock and must be made to order and customer request, delivery takes between 2-4 weeks.
